New regulatory measures postponed for Gabon PROGEC

Following the notice sent by AGANOR to the inspection companies in charge of PROGEC, Decree 1080-20 of July 16 2020 has been postponed until further notice.

This decree concerns the extension of the regulated products’ list and the reduction of the threshold set for the required Certificate of Conformity . Accordingly, the current list of products subject to the programme, applicable since 2016, remains unchanged.

Please note that Certificates of Conformity remain mandatory only for shipments with a FOB value of €3,000 or more.
