GOEIC update: Mandatory Certificate of Conformity for textile products
The General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) has announced that the grace period for certain textile products ends on 16th February 2021.
Following the announcement made by GOEIC, as of 16th February 2021, a Certificate of Conformity will be required before entering Egypt:
- Furniture
- Ready-made cloths
- Carpets
- Floor covers
- Shoes
- Leather bags
